Li Dongsheng has helped develop TCL into considered one of China’s most profitable companies

The chief government of considered one of China’s largest firms has accused the US of discrimination and protectionism for the reason that election of President Donald Trump.

Li Dongsheng of client electronics agency TCL instructed the BBC that regulators had blocked the agreed buy of an American expertise agency.

Mr Li declined to call the corporate, however harassed that it was concerned in civilian, not navy, expertise.

He stated that the deal was stopped as a result of his agency was Chinese language.

When requested if this amounted to discrimination, Mr Li stated: “After all. These measure goal solely Chinese language firms.”

Mr Li is an engineer who based the TCL Company, which sells cell phones, air conditioners and tv units all around the world.

The corporate is a family title in China and for the previous decade it has been striving to turn out to be a very international firm.

However Mr Li believes the largest impediment in abroad enlargement is protectionism.

“If America returns a protectionist street, I consider it should hurt the competitiveness of the US financial system,” he stated.
