A person has been cautioned for posting offensive messages on Twitter about mannequin and TV star Katie Worth’s disabled son Harvey.

The 19-year-old man, from Newick, East Sussex, was arrested in February on suspicion of inflicting aggravated harassment, alarm or misery.

Worth revealed a message she obtained, which featured pictures mocking her 14-year-old son, Harvey.

The person was cautioned by Sussex Police on Thursday after answering bail.

Harvey, who’s partially blind, autistic and has Prader-Willi syndrome, is the son of the 38-year-old TV character and former footballer Dwight Yorke.

In January, Worth tweeted out the offensive manipulated picture in an effort to search out the individual behind the modifying.

She stated: “Caught out!! One other bully on our arms. Anybody know this man??”

In March, she arrange petition calling for on-line abuse to be made a selected prison offence and for the creation of a register of offenders.
